About This Course

An introductory course on understanding the interplay of thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how to develop truth centred thinking while staying away from negative beliefs.

Learning Objectives

-Learn that situation is not responsible for how we think or feel
-Learn that beliefs can be erroneous and often influence our thinking
-Learn to be truth or evidence based in our thinking
