Techniques and tips on how to deal with exam anxiety

Hi, this is Asmita! I am a counselling psychologist, primarily working with children and young adults. I will be taking you through this course on anxiety, which focuses on learning more about exam stress, performance pressure and coping in healthy ways.

The lessons will unfold to help you identify examination stress and anxiety, discern the causes, and learn effective techniques to manage anxious thoughts and behaviors. I also do understand that the pressure is real- BEFORE, DURING and even AFTER the deadlines, the submissions or the exams; so let’s decode healthy ways to deal with it- right from better time management, boosting productivity to learning relaxation tricks.

The course seeks to empower you by providing simple tools for the everyday, and keep the fretful thoughts at bay.
